Care for graduates
Support for graduates of residential institutions at the start of independent life: skills, mentors, social kits.
About the project
The project is meant to become a foundation for these young people, helping them find their place in life and become successful members of society.
We also provide social kits: hygiene products, food, bed linen, tableware, kitchen utensils, appliances, a blanket and a pillow.
Goal
- Help graduates of children’s (residential) institutions find their calling, overcome difficulties, achieve their goals, choose a career path and confidently start independent life.
Tasks
- Help build life skills needed for social adaptation: communication, critical thinking, conflict resolution;
- Provide support from mentors, teachers, psychologists, lawyers and social workers who help graduates face life’s challenges;
- Create a supportive environment that helps young people believe in themselves and realise their potential.
